We take reasonable care to ensure that vehicle descriptions, specifications, kilometres, features, photographs and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, vehicle information may occasionally contain errors or omissions and information may change.
Customers should confirm any information that is important to their purchasing decision with Mayfair Autohaus before entering into a contract to purchase a vehicle.

Vehicle Availability

Vehicles may be sold, reserved or withdrawn from sale before the website is updated.
A vehicle is not considered sold solely because an enquiry has been submitted through the website.

Vehicle Purchases

Any purchase of a vehicle from Mayfair Autohaus will be subject to a separate written Contract of Sale and the applicable terms, disclosures and statutory requirements applying to that transaction.
Where applicable, purchasers may have cooling-off rights, statutory warranty rights and other protections under Victorian legislation and the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Deposits
Mayfair Autohaus may accept a deposit to secure a vehicle.
The terms applying to a deposit, including whether and in what circumstances it may be refundable, will be explained at the time the deposit is taken and will be subject to the applicable Contract of Sale and relevant law.
Payment of a deposit does not remove or limit any cooling-off or other statutory rights that apply to the transaction.
Finance Referrals
Mayfair Autohaus does not provide credit or financial advice and does not make decisions regarding finance applications.
Where requested, we may introduce or refer customers to an independent finance broker or finance provider who may be able to assist with vehicle finance.
Any finance application, assessment, recommendation, approval, interest rate, fees, repayments or credit contract is provided or determined by the relevant finance broker or credit provider and not by Mayfair Autohaus.
Customers should consider whether any finance product is appropriate for their circumstances and review the terms provided by the relevant licensed credit provider or broker before entering into a finance agreement.
Where a customer asks us to make a finance referral, we may provide the customer’s contact details and other information authorised by the customer to the relevant finance partner in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Mayfair Autohaus may receive a referral fee, commission or other benefit in connection with some successful referrals where permitted by law. Where applicable, relevant disclosures will be made.
Finance is subject to the lender’s eligibility criteria, assessment and approval and is not guaranteed.
Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. Pricing and timeframes for customisation will be confirmed separately before work is undertaken.
Some customisation services may be carried out by independent third-party specialists.
Where third-party products or services are used, applicable manufacturer or supplier warranties may also apply.
Nothing in this section limits any rights a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Trade-Ins
Any trade-in valuation provided through the website, by telephone, email or other preliminary communication is indicative only unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
Final trade-in values may be subject to inspection of the vehicle and verification of matters including its condition, kilometres, ownership, registration, service history and whether any finance or other security interest exists over the vehicle.
Final trade-in arrangements will be recorded in the applicable Contract of Sale.
Test Drives & Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a test drive or contacting Mayfair Autohaus through this website does not create an obligation on either party to purchase or sell a vehicle.
Test drives may be subject to identification, licence verification, insurance requirements and reasonable conditions imposed by Mayfair Autohaus.
